Cancellation policy: Registration cancellation policy: All registration cancellations must be notified by email to contact@bestofaba.fr. For cancellations made before May 1, 2026, a refund corresponding to the total registration fee minus €20 for processing and payment module fees will be issued. For cancellations made on or after May 1, 2026, the full registration fee will be due. However, an exception applies in the event of cancellation due to force majeure (upon presentation of supporting documentation).
