You can benefit from this English -> French and French -> English translation service by renting translation headsets. You will find the headphones at the entrance to the room and you will need to return them to the designated bins at noon and in the evening to facilitate recharging. No headphones will be provided if this option has not been selected. Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be notified by email to contact@bestofaba.fr. For cancellations made before May 1, 2026, a refund corresponding to the total registration fee minus €20 for processing and payment module fees will be issued. In the event of cancellation on or after May 1, 2026, the full registration fee will be due. However, an exception applies in the event of cancellation due to force majeure (upon presentation of supporting documentation).
