The closing dinner will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2025, at 8:30 p.m. in a restaurant to be announced shortly. A menu has been set and includes an appetizer, main course, dessert, drinks, a glass of wine, and coffee. It will be a great opportunity for conversation and socializing. Reservations can be made until May 1, 2026. Contact us at contact@bestofaba.fr to make a request after this date. We cannot guarantee satisfaction, but we will do our best. Cancellation policy for the closing dinner: All cancellations must be notified by email to contact@bestofaba.fr. For cancellations made before May 1, 2026, a refund corresponding to the total registration fee minus €20 for processing and payment module fees will be issued. For cancellations made on or after May 1, 2026, the full registration fee will be due. However, an exception will be made in cases of force majeure (upon presentation of supporting documentation).
